Los presentes Términos y Condiciones rigen el uso del sitio blackringbusiness.com y la contratación de servicios profesionales de consultoría provistos por Black Ring Business. Al acceder y utilizar este sitio, usted acepta los términos aquí descritos.
1. Naturaleza de los servicios
Black Ring Business ofrece servicios de consultoría empresarial estratégica, implementación tecnológica con inteligencia artificial, capacitación ejecutiva y desarrollo de sistemas comerciales bajo la metodología propietaria TICE (Tecnología, Inteligencia, Comunicación, Estrategia).
2. Programas TICE
Los programas Activación TICE, TICE Fast y TICE Total se rigen por contrato individual firmado entre las partes. Los precios publicados en este sitio son indicativos y pueden ajustarse según alcance específico, sector e industria del cliente. La cotización formal se entrega previo a la firma de contrato.
3. Pagos y facturación
Aceptamos transferencia bancaria, tarjeta de crédito y débito. Emitimos factura fiscal con desglose de IVA conforme al SAT. Los pagos no son reembolsables salvo lo expresamente indicado en el contrato individual.
4. Resultados y estimaciones
Los resultados publicados en este sitio (incluyendo cifras de ROI, tiempo de implementación, número de empresas atendidas, reseñas) provienen de proyectos reales con clientes de Black Ring Business. 5. Cupo limitado
Los programas TICE Fast y TICE Total operan con cupo limitado de 8 empresas por trimestre. La aceptación de un cliente queda sujeta a evaluación de calificación y disponibilidad.
6. Propiedad intelectual
La metodología TICE, los frameworks, plantillas, software y documentos creados por Black Ring Business son propiedad intelectual exclusiva de la firma. El cliente recibe licencia de uso interno mientras dure la relación contractual.
7. Confidencialidad
Tanto Black Ring Business como sus clientes se obligan a mantener confidencialidad sobre la información compartida durante la relación de consultoría, conforme a contrato NDA específico.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
Black Ring Business no será responsable por daños indirectos, lucro cesante o consecuenciales derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso de los servicios contratados, salvo dolo o culpa grave debidamente acreditados.
9. Jurisdicción
Cualquier controversia derivada de la interpretación o cumplimiento de estos Términos se someterá a la jurisdicción de los tribunales competentes de Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, renunciando las partes a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles.

2. TICE programs
The Activación TICE, TICE Fast and TICE Total programs are governed by an individual contract signed between the parties. Prices published on this site are indicative and may be adjusted according to the specific scope, sector and industry of the client. A formal quote is delivered before the contract is signed.
3. Payments and invoicing
We accept bank transfers and credit and debit cards. We issue tax invoices with itemized VAT in accordance with the SAT (Mexican tax authority). Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the individual contract.
4. Results and estimates
Results published on this site (including ROI figures, implementation times, number of companies served and reviews) come from real projects with Black Ring Business clients. 5. Limited capacity
The TICE Fast and TICE Total programs operate with a limited capacity of 8 companies per quarter. Client acceptance is subject to a qualification review and availability.
6. Intellectual property
The TICE methodology, frameworks, templates, software and documents created by Black Ring Business are the exclusive intellectual property of the firm. The client receives an internal-use license for the duration of the contractual relationship.
7. Confidentiality
Both Black Ring Business and its clients undertake to keep confidential the information shared during the consulting relationship, in accordance with a specific NDA.
8. Limitation of liability
Black Ring Business shall not be liable for indirect, consequential damages or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the contracted services, except in cases of duly proven willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
